- Abstract
- With the collapse of the World Trade Organization’s ministerial meeting in Cancun, Mexico in September, the focus of Australia’s trade policy has moved decisively to the free trade agreement (FTA) being negotiated with the United States. In this bilateral negotiation, the film, television and music industries are extremely sensitive areas over which the parties might need to cut a deal.
