- This chapter discusses a large number of specific provisions contained in telecommunications and related legislation which are directly relevant to the interests of consumers. A significant number of these are contained in the TCPSSA. This Act, together with some modifications and additions, comprises provisions fonnerly contained in the TA and the Telstra Corporation Act 1991.
