- Abstract
- Presents the fabrication process of three-dimensional photonic crystals by using both high and low repetition rate ultrafast lasers. The laser repetition rate has a significant impact on the nonlinear effect of chalcogenide glasses which in turn affects the fabrication of three-dimensional photonic crystals using two-photon induces direct laser writing.
