- Abstract
- Demonstrates a velocity profile mapping method by optical tweezers in microfluidic channels. This sensor is applied in two different channel geometries, a straight channel and a curved channel. The velocity profiles of the fluid inside those channels were determined by measurement of the Stokes force.
