- Abstract
- A chemical bath deposition (CBD) protocol has been optimized for the controlled deposition of optical quality chalcogenide CdS layers on the surface of Ormocer 3D photonic crystals. A fine tuning of the photonic band-gap in a 375 nm range has been achieved, and the CdS layers beneficial role has been confirmed by simulations.
