Abstract: Swinburne University PhD astronomy student Andy Green has found galaxies that were only thought to have existed in the distant past. The discovery is written up in Andy Green's first scientific paper and is published as the cover story in Nature 7th October 2010. The discovery may lead to a greater understanding of star formation.
