Abstract: Victoria's new Coalition Government will be sworn in later today, but it's still unclear who'll lead Labor in Opposition. Outgoing Health Minister Daniel Andrews nominated for the job late yesterday. He's backed by factional colleague Jacinta Allan, who was rumoured to want the job herself.
