Abstract: The inaugural John Ford Ireland Film Symposium took place at venues across Dublin from Thursday 7th - Sunday 10th of June. The Symposium saw four days of screenings, masterclasses, public interviews, premieres and discussion in Dublin---inspired by the work of timeless movie master John Ford. Over 1,500 delegates from around the world attended 25 events during the four-day Symposium. Dr Liam Burke was Symposium Programmer and Lead Researcher for the event.
