Using agent technologies in the distributed and complex systems attracts increasing attentions. In this paper, agent interactions between different ontologies (agents) are studied from process algebra's perspective. Process algebra (π-calculus) is able to provide a mathematical formalisation of the exchanging information and to reflect ontology evolution without being bothered by details. It also considerably enhances agent communications in multi-agent systems. Finally, a case is presented for demonstration.
