- Abstract
- One of the difficult challenges facing management today is how to justify costly investments in information technology. This paper presents the design and development of a method and its application in evaluation and selection of an appropriate enterprise Management Intelligence system. The traditional tools used by the company as well as an approach developed based on a combination of SMART and AHP are presented. The result presented much more objective evidence to recommend the implementation of the desirable solution.
