Abstract

A prevailing dream of many progressive, competent managers is that the introduction of new technology will be a smooth and painless procedure which will result in substantial cost savings and increased efficiency, but the reality is often more like a nightmare. This paper outlines important considerations for those people charged with the responsibility of managing change in organisations.
